# The life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ on an interactive map

The life of the Prophet Muhammad across 7th-century Arabia: an interactive map of the
Seerah, a family tree from Adam, and every campaign he led or sent out. Explore
7th-century Arabia event by event: where each event happened, who was involved, and
the sources behind it. Everything is available in English, Bengali, Arabic, Hindi,
French, Spanish and Urdu, and the whole site is a static export, so every page is a
plain HTML document.

## An interactive map of the Seerah

The map plots every event of the Prophet's ﷺ life — from his birth in Makkah to the
farewell pilgrimage — with dates, places, routes and people. Select a marker or a
timeline entry to open the event, follow the journeys between cities, and see the
period's empires, regions and tribes as they were in the 7th century.

### Events, places and journeys

Each event page at `/events/<id>/` carries its date, location, people, sources and a
generated social card. Places are mapped with a confidence level, and journeys are
drawn along historic road corridors such as the Quraysh trade routes.
